1. Service description
Recluto provides Talent OS software for hiring teams: applicant tracking (ATS), pipeline visibility, AI-assisted fit scoring, CV briefs, follow-ups, and public careers pages. The service is offered under a subscription or free-tier plan as described on our website and in-product billing.2. Use of the service
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
- You agree to use Recluto lawfully and responsibly, including when processing candidate and client data.
- You must not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, or data that is not yours.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of job posts, candidate records, and communications sent through the platform.
3. Accounts, subscriptions, and payments
Some features require an active subscription. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (for example Stripe). Plan limits, free-tier rules (such as a first job free), and billing terms are shown in the product. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the plan terms or a written agreement.4. Customer data and confidentiality
- Workspace data (jobs, candidates, processes, documents, and related content) belongs to your organization.
- We treat your workspace content as confidential and process it only to provide and improve the service.
- You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to upload CVs or process personal data of candidates.
- We do not use your workspace content to sell advertising to third parties.
5. Limitation of liability
Recluto is a software tool that supports recruiting decisions. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, fit scores, or that AI suggestions are error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from reliance on platform outputs or from failure to follow your own hiring policies.6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.7. Contact
